SENATE BILL NO. 161 "An Act relating to municipal taxation of                                                                   
farm use land; and providing for an effective date" was read the

Senator Dunbar, Chair, moved and asked unanimous consent for the                                                                
adoption of the Community and Regional Affairs Committee                                                                        
Substitute offered on page 1774. Without objection, CS FOR                                                                      
SENATE BILL NO. 161(CRA) "An Act relating to municipal taxation                                                                 
of farm land and farm structures; and providing for an effective date"                                                          
was adopted.                                                                                                                    
                                                                                                                                
President Stevens stated CS FOR SENATE BILL NO. 161(CRA) will                                                                   
advance to third reading on the March 15 calendar.
